What is the best time to visit Jaisalmer?
October to March is ideal — pleasant days and cool desert nights. The Jaisalmer Desert Festival in February is the most vibrant time to visit. Avoid peak summer, when temperatures cross 45°C.

Do you pick up from the railway station or airport?
Yes — pickup and drop at Jaisalmer railway station, bus stand or airport is complimentary with all multi-day packages, and available separately for day tours.
Is the desert camp safe for families with kids?
Absolutely. Camps have attached washrooms, air-cooled/AC tents, secure fencing and 24×7 staff. Camel rides for children are led by trained handlers at a slow pace.
Can you customize a tour for my group?

What is your cancellation policy?
Mostly full — cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure get a full refund; 24 to 72 hours before, a 50% refund; under 24 hours or a no-show, no refund. Weather-affected safaris are always rescheduled or refunded in full.
